When staff expressed concern over their abilities to analyze data to improve patient care, quality team leaders in Australia's Northern Sydney Central Coast Health Service developed the innovative "STaMP" initiative. This training program taught NSCCHS staff to utilize statistics without needing to become statisticians themselves, and Minitab Statistical Software played a big part in the program's success.
